How does the remote fitting work with Signia Aids?
If you already have a hearing test, great! Send it to us and we will pre-program your hearing aids before we ship them to you. With Signia hearing aids, we have to have an audiogram before sending because we can not do a hearing test through the aids. The process works as follows:
Purchase hearing aids using insurance, financing, or with a card.
Send us a picture/copy of your audiogram via text or email or uploading on our website.
If you currently wear hearing aids, text us pictures of your receiver length and domes. We will do our best to match them, or suggest something else that would best suit your hearing loss.
We’ll program the hearing aids to your audiogram and ship them out to you.
Once you get them, try them out for a while and then let us know if you need any adjustments.
We provide ongoing support via remote adjustments, phone, text, and email.
If you get a new hearing test, you can send it to us and we will update your chart and send you an adjustment to your new audiogram.
