How does the remote fitting work for Phonak?

Phonak’s software allows for remote fine tuning with excellent ability to do most things remotely that we would do in office.

1. Purchase the hearing aids.

2. Send us your hearing test and we will pre-program the hearing aids.

3. We can fine tune your hearing aids remotely after you receive them.

4. We provide ongoing support via video, phone, text, and email.

After the fitting, your aids pair to the myPhonak app on your phone. When you need a tweak, you schedule a remote session, open the app, and join a video call with your provider. They connect to your hearing aids through the phone and adjust them in real time - volume, programs, noise settings. You can also use the app on your own for simple changes, and some software updates can be installed from home.
