1. Purchase hearing aids using insurance, financing, or with a card.

2. We’ll ship you your new hearing aids.

3. We’ll help you connect your new aids to your smartphone.

4. We’ll perform a hearing test using your new hearing aids.

5. We’ll customize your hearing aids via a zoom-like video call.

6. We provide ongoing support via video, phone, text, and email.
